Mike from the lab emailed me saying he lost his whole bibliography. I quickly looked and mine too was gone too.
I emailed this to wizfolio and I hope they can resurrect my account from the YorkUniversity database they just zapped.

I paid for my premium upgrade (on March 3rd, 2014)do to the institutional licence expired.
I hope this can be rectified quickly - I was working on a grant and manuscripts(s).
This also happened to a student in the lab who will send a followup email.
