Does the IFJ show increases in preparation for the antisaccade - analysis of ROI for antisaccades vs prosaccades from DeSouza et al 2003 data

Folks,
Looks like the right hemisphere IFJ (n=9) is also processing preparatory signals for the antisaccade instruction (black line) compared to prosaccade instruction from our data published in DeSouza et al 2003


 This figure is similar to fig 6A from the 2003 paper. Notice that this IFJ region of the frontal cortex BOLD signal shows  has more variability (P<0.05).

This is IFJ from the other hemisphere and here again there is an increase for anti-saccade instruction compared to the pro-saccade instruction (p<0.02).


Now Mazen must add subjbect TJ and we know the full results.
